We follow Amazon FBA packaging and prep requirements to ensure all inventory is received, processed, and shipped correctly.
Inbound shipments are logged, scanned, and checked upon arrival. Every tracking number is recorded and matched to your order in our system.
Units are reviewed for damage, condition, and accuracy. We verify quantities against your order and flag any discrepancies before prepping begins.
FNSKU labels are applied according to Amazon requirements. Existing manufacturer barcodes are covered to prevent scanning conflicts at fulfillment centers.
Items are polybagged, bubble wrapped, or bundled as needed. Suffocation warnings are applied to all poly bags per Amazon requirements. Category-specific prep is followed for each product type.
Orders are packed within Amazon guidelines and shipped to fulfillment centers. Carton labels, pallet labels, and shipment plans are prepared according to Amazon inbound requirements.
Clients track every step through our proprietary web portal – from receiving to shipment. Real-time status updates, inventory counts, and invoicing are all accessible online.
Amazon Compliance: All prep work is performed in alignment with Amazon’s current FBA packaging, labeling, and shipping standards. This includes FNSKU barcode placement, poly-bag thickness requirements (1.5 mil minimum), suffocation warning labels, category-specific prep (fragile, liquid, sharp, apparel), and proper carton labeling for inbound shipments.
