Oregon Prep Center LLC provides Amazon FBA prep, packaging, labeling, storage, and fulfillment services. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate shipment and product information. We process inventory based on the instructions provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all products shipped to our facility comply with applicable laws and Amazon’s policies. Products must not be prohibited, restricted, recalled, or counterfeit. Clients must provide accurate product descriptions, quantities, and preparation instructions.
Oregon Prep Center LLC is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect labeling instructions provided by the client, supplier errors, defective products, Amazon policy changes, or carrier delays. Our liability is limited to the cost of prep services for the affected units. We are not liable for lost revenue, marketplace suspensions, or indirect damages.
All services are billed based on agreed pricing as listed on our website or as negotiated with the client. Payment is required prior to shipment release. Invoices are issued upon completion of prep services with payment terms as agreed (typically Net 30). Late payments may result in a hold on outbound shipments.
The first 7 days of storage are free for all incoming inventory. After 7 days, storage fees apply as listed on our pricing page. Inventory unclaimed after 180 days may be subject to disposal after written notice to the client.
We reserve the right to refuse service for non-compliant, restricted, hazardous (without prior arrangement), or prohibited inventory. If inventory is refused, the client is responsible for arranging return shipping at their expense.
Any disputes will be handled in good faith between Oregon Prep Center LLC and the client. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of the State of Oregon.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
